In accordance with Open Meeting Law:
Agendas — will be posted on this webpage and physically posted on the exterior wall/bulletin board outside the main school office 24 hours prior to meetings.
Minutes — meeting minutes or a recording of the meeting are available for public inspection upon request to the school office within three (3) business days following a meeting. Final Board-approved minutes will be posted to this website at a later date.

Notice
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Board of Directors (the Board) of Edison School of Innovation, and to the general public, that the Board will hold a meeting open to the public on the posted date and time.
Meetings are conducted virtually via Google Meet. The access link and dial-in information will be provided on each specific meeting agenda.
The Board reserves the right to change the order of items on the agenda. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A), the Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public. Copies of the agenda will be posted on the school’s website at https://www.edisonschoolaz.org/minutes-agendas/, and physically posted on the exterior wall/bulletin board outside the main school office 24 hours prior to meetings.
